2racy Fitness will provide the full services of a "Certified" Personal Trainer directly to you in the comfort and privacy of your own home!  Using a combination of hand-held weights, step bench, resistance bands, balance ball, and other fun and motivating equipment, 2racy will create a PERSONAL HOME FITNESS PROGRAM that -- when combined with regular cardiovascular exercise and a balanced diet -- will produce the results you desire.

All equipment needed will be provided for use during supervised in-home sessions.  Minimal space is required.
